Coaching Intensives

Enough room to see the whole situation.

An intensive gives one consequential question an afternoon—or a day—without forcing it into a quick answer. We make the full situation visible, disentangle the pieces, and leave with greater clarity about what comes next.

Pricing & formats

Choose the amount of room the situation needs

$1,750

Half-Day Intensive

Up to four hours

Best for a defined decision, challenge, transition, or area of exploration that needs more room than a standard session. We keep the work centered while making space for the factors and relationships that actually affect it.

$3,250

Full-Day Intensive

Up to eight hours, including breaks

Best for situations that cross several domains or involve multiple people, systems, assumptions, and consequences. A full day lets us see the whole, sort the pieces, and move toward a practical way forward.

What the investment includes

The shape of the work follows the question. Every intensive includes:

  • A brief pre-intensive intake
  • Reasonable preparation and customization based on the agreed scope
  • The half-day or full-day working session
  • Relevant resources, frameworks, distinctions, or research when useful
  • A concise synthesis, map, or set of takeaways afterward, in the form I determine best fits the work
  • One 30-minute follow-up conversation or asynchronous check-in
  • Eligibility for up to three two-hour follow-up coaching sessions at $510 each

A different container

Ongoing coaching develops change over time. An intensive concentrates the inquiry.

Ongoing coaching makes room for practice, experimentation, implementation, accountability, and adjustment across real life. An intensive stands on its own: sustained attention on a bounded question without requiring a package.

The work is still coaching—not consulting, therapy, or legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. But I may be more direct than in a standard session, sharing relevant opinions, facts, theories, frameworks, distinctions, research, and resources for you to examine. You remain responsible for your decisions, and when specialized expertise is needed, I will say so.

Places we could begin

Different topics. The same underlying work.

These are applications, not separate methods: enough room to see the whole situation, distinguish the relevant pieces, understand how they interact and what deserves the most weight, and clarify what comes next.

01

Meaning & Life Cartography

When the maps you inherited—or built—no longer explain the territory. Examine self, world, meaning, and direction; surface competing assumptions; and build a more usable working map.

02

The Decision Lab

For a choice too consequential or complicated for another pros-and-cons list. Clarify the real decision, competing values, uncertainty, constraints, and what each path asks of you.

03

Complexity & Sensemaking

When causes and consequences keep moving and no single explanation holds. Map the system, distinguish signal from noise, and find the next intelligent move without pretending certainty.

04

Personal Operating Manual

Notice the conditions under which you think, decide, relate, recover, and do your best work. Turn patterns into practical guidance you can actually use.

05

Executive & Founder Performance

Work on the judgment, behavior, conversations, and operating patterns that matter when responsibility is high and your choices shape other people’s work.

06

Nervous System & Stress Capacity

Understand how pressure changes your attention, choices, energy, and behavior. Build a practical plan for capacity and recovery without turning coaching into diagnosis or treatment.

07

What Do You Actually Want?

Separate desire from duty, fear, status, habit, and other people’s expectations. Get more honest about what you want—and what you are willing to choose.

08

Values Under Pressure

Values are easy to name in calm conditions. Examine what happens when loyalty, ambition, conflict, money, family, or uncertainty makes them costly to live.

09

Tradition, Identity & Inheritance

Explore what you received, what you still belong to, what no longer fits, and how to make adult choices without flattening the complexity of family, faith, or community.

10

Consciousness & Reality Cartography

Examine the philosophical, contemplative, scientific, or spiritual frameworks through which you understand mind and reality—without demanding premature certainty.

11

The Next Chapter

For the stretch after an ending—or after an old identity has stopped fitting. Take stock of what changed, what remains, and what the next chapter needs to be about.

12

Something Else Entirely

Bring a bounded question that does not fit a card. We will decide together whether an intensive is the right container and shape the day around the work itself.

Bring the real question

Tell me what deserves uninterrupted attention.

You do not need to choose the perfect intensive before reaching out. Describe what is happening, and we can decide whether a half day, a full day, ongoing coaching, or another kind of support fits best.
